" Under the Guidance of Honorable Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel Ji Chhattisgarh Housing Board implemented all its projects according to the needs and requirement of all income groups. Board has started a scheme for the public to book houses on base price or in 15% to 20% less on actual house cost. By which people of every section of society got a golden opportunity to get their own house at comparatively economical prices. This scheme has been implemented in almost every cities of the state. Apart from this, another scheme also launched by the board in which people get benefits by getting reduction of penal interest for delay period dues.
For constructing, affordable, attractive and systematic dwellings board received many National Awards. It shows that CGHB is committed to fulfill the aspirations of development and Housing for the people of state.
CGHB has played an important role in the field of construction of good quality residential buildings and residential complexes at an affordable rate in the state. In future also Board will continue to work for those who don’t have roof over their heads and for the economically weaker and lower section of the society.
